Please take a data backup before making changes.
a. Check by Repairing the application from F1(Help) > troubleshooting > repair application.
b. Check by repairing the company data from F1(Help) > troubleshooting > repair company data.
c. If still the same issue kindly check by disabling the Add On or Account TDL deployed.
To check the same from F1(Help) > Tdl&add on > F4 manage TDL disable. Further if Account TDL deployed to license, disable from same screen press Ctrl+F4(Manage Account TDLs) > login to the portal > license management > alter the serial number > not applicable > TDL configuration & save. Once after that update the license to reflect the changes.
d. If MAV is occurring frequently> create new data folder> folder name should be 5 digit number> copy all .900 file from current data folder to the new data folder.
e. Try to exclude .900 & .tsf files from Antivirus
